If you do a quick search of T-mobile, AT&T and Verizon here on the layoff you’ll see the same bullsh*t being posted on each of their pages, rumors of layoffs with no substance, disgruntled people talking about how happy they are that they left or that they are just waiting and taking advantage until they get laid off. It’s ridiculous

In business school, I learned to just complain about others when I can't accomplish anything.
In business school we were taught that any time a company has to lay off people management has failed to predict the market they are in. They failed to predict their market, the customer base, the economy, etc.
Looks like T's leadership has failed in every single category. The BOD, or shall I say Board of Misdirectors, has failed in every category. Talk about cronyism! Stepheson and Stankey have run this ship aground. The Titanic has better chances of survival.
Reactionary management. Not a proactive molecule in any upper management. Replace the BOD with Disneyland employees and the CEO with any college freshman majoring in economics or finance ( or arts and crafts) . This would be a Hugh improvement!

Layoffs happen when there are too many workers and not enough work. That is how businesses work. Deal with it.

No comparison. AT&T has an enormous debt load, little money to invest, cheaper competition and is terribly mismanaged. Other companies are growing and while AT&T crippled itself. Layoffs are the first thing to happen to lower overhead.
Telecom sucks, I guess you never got the memo.
