Predictions on what will/won't be shared with team members?

The 2021 results were shared. We did exceptionally well across all areas.
I’ve been waiting for the 2021 survey results to come in still
The delay is due to the extra time needed to train the managers on how to interpret the results. The delay is a couple of weeks before the managers get them.
They used to be transparent and share all results for every department to look for ways to improve as a team. There used to be integrity and pride working here.
The shitshow has had surveys for years. They are meaningless 'check the box' activities. Let's move on....

I was told the "leaders" will get them this month. I doubt that they will be shared as the narrative does not match what Charles wants them to be.
