Thread regarding Wells Fargo & Co. layoffs

Hired remote now placed in harm

my wife was hired as a remote worker and now has to walk around piles of vomit and sh-t on her way from the parking garage to an uptown building. no violence better come of her from the homeless vagrants, illegals, and dr-g addicts. This is a byproduct of FRTO.

Two year party? You may want to rethink that comment Skippy. Some of us here (me) have been WFH for decades.

It’s bad enough that Mrs. Caveman has to deal with piles of sh-t at home, she shouldn’t have to deal with them in his Carlsonian fantasyland either

Don’t blame management for RTO, blame the ones who take advantage.

The ones who interrupt EVERY call to deal with their kids. The ones who are never available during normal working hours, but claim to work at night and complain about the load. The ones who think we can’t tell when they are distracted by housekeeping chores. The ones who look like they’re online, but take 48 hours to answer emails. The ones who are hungover in the morning and drunk in the afternoon, and think they’re hiding it.

We have them all in our group, and one of them is the manager. I for one am sick of it. I hated the open office concept, but then at least people had to make themselves available.

This WFH has been a two year party for too many people. It’s time to put your pants on and earn your paychecks.

OP does your spouse work at wells? Are these problems on wells property? I respect your concern for your spouse but if it’s not on wells property then it’s a city issue.

Maybe some of the DEI staff can act as chaperones to walk people to their cars so we can see true ‘diversity’.

So now we're whining about spouses. Find some hobbies folks. This RTO thing is tearing you up inside

This company has all the tools and resources to allow us to work comfortably and safely from home, they choose not to. Let that sink in.
