Why is EAC contacting me, i didn't call them. Do they call when someone complains about you? Should i worry?

the survey is "confidential" but not "anonymous".
If you were in any way impacted by Hurricane Ian, they are doing proactive outreach

EAC is not ER, so that's weird they're reaching out to you unsolicited. If it was ER, I would say that you might be a witness to something or on the same team as a disgruntled employee, etc
What is EAC?
Definitely I would worry. They wouldn't just call you unless you were being targeted.
