It's not, there's a huge mortgage presence there. All of those insurance and lending companies are going to be letting a lot of employees go over the next year or two. Downtown is about to be a ghost town again.
This matches up to the number that received notice last Thursday, August 28. They usually don't report to workforce development till after it happens.
