I've seen it posted here that hiring managers pay attention to how many jobs the internal applicant has applied for.
It makes sense why this is, but I'm wondering how many applications is "too many"?
I'm assuming it's not just the raw count; that it's how many applications within a certain timeframe? 10 applications in 6 months is seen differently than 10 applications in 2 weeks?
For recruiters and hiring managers out there, would you mind sharing what your threshold is for "too many" applications in how much of a timeframe?
