And yet, "everyone is eligible to apply." Who didn't hear LR stumble all over herself as she said that on today's Champions call?
Yeah, no. I'm not going to enrich your diverse candidate pool by applying for a job I'll never be considered for.

WF is not woke. Don't forget the CEO said there is no diverse talent and only walked it back when he was shamed. Oh but he meant it and still does. They will interview and give low marks to who they don't want. Like it's always been. The hiring manager usually already knows who they're going to hire for the most sought after positions.
WF is not innovative or woke. Status quoa guaranteed.
I remember my mother got routed to a call center. Obviously an Indian with an extremely thick accent answered the call. This is senior citizen abuse. Having to subject our most vulnerable population to non-native speakers. I know I get routed to the Philippines. Every call center individual begins with, sir…
Diversity in thought is never tolerated by people who claim to love diversity.
The larger the city, the less diversity one is exposed to since you can just find all your own like-minded groups. You are not forced to interact with others. You have your own China Town, Little Italy, g-y bars, Jewish communities. You get to establish your own little world and pretend to be “diverse”.
WF is woke.
We all know that once you go woke, you go broke.
Just a matter of time. Zero chance of this nonsense being good for the company.
They want everyone at the top to think the same way. Which is fine if you hate WF. It’s a burning ship and impacts culture.
We are no longer a business. This is a political playground. Shareholders should run.
If you only hire in the biggest cities, you’ll have pretty much the same thoughts. Eliminating the rural workforce eliminates what kind of thinking and faith values? Generally….
You know where I’m going with this.
Best to keep the DIE crowd in one place.
This is the first time I’ve posted here!
@OP is the same troll who complains that people aren't in hub locations and not following RTO.
If you are eligible and don't live in the stated locations - you can still be considered - if you meet the quals AND you are willing to relocate.
If two equally qualified candidates exist and one is located in the desired location and one is not - then they hire the one they don't have to relocate
I would say location isn't a protected class. However, it's funny that they literally make up roles for certain genders, races etc, but that's not a problem? Isn't that what we're not supposed to do?
Yeah, I heard that too. I guess my being qualified but not in hub is a non-starter for me.
But hey, I can still apply!
