I am anticipating an offer from PNC bank. I am wondering if anyone has prior experience or insight on the inner workings on PNC. Is it better or similar to WF?

They hired a bunch of losers from there a while back in Consumer and those losers brought their loser friends with them. Just like old Charlie Shart 🤣
Back in the day PNC was actually a hard job to get. I did hear a few years back that they are tough on their mid-managers. I couldn't tell you anything more.
Comp is below average and they have no need or desire for top quartile talent, because, ya know, talent commands $$$. Bodies with pulses is all they seek to fill seats, with zero growth potential.
I do not know personally but I have several work friends the left Wells for PNC the last 6 months and said they are happy

I interviewed with them about two years ago, so my info is a little dated. They offered me a Sr. Manager job at about $150k a year and I would work out of Charlotte. At the time, it was a pay cut for me, but I was in the midst of multiple consent orders in the old Wholesale Banking group, so I was looking. I ended up staying obviously, probably a mistake looking back. Everything sounded good but bear in mind their salary is lower.
