Do you know of one person who left Fiserv in the last several years on their own - or even those who were laid off or fired - who is not much happier and healthier today? I do not. Every single person I talk to is better off in general and is happy to be away from this place. That says more about the company than anything else.

I try to just do my job everyday to the best of my ability…everything is inequitable…and all we hear is rif…people are burned out…no enthusiasm…no extra money to get thru this inflation…most of the floors in Omaha 6855 are vacant and dark…

I left on my own Nov. 2021. I was a manager and got tired of trying to please FB's back to the office plan and impacting the lives of my direct reports negatively. My entire staff was remote for about 5 years before the WFW BS started to surface. I am happy to say, better job, less hours, more money, WFH, much happier and not managing people anymore. It's possible folks, there is a life after Fiserv. Make the choice and move on.
I was laid off from Fiserv at the start of the year. Got a great severance package and a new job in two weeks. The new job pays 40k more a year, fully remote, full benefits, and amazing company meetups. My manager is awesome, the team I work with is great and the project I'm on is way better managed and more interesting than anything I worked in during the 4 years I was at Fiserv. So yeah, very glad I left.
Recently over dinner, my kids expressed how much happier I am since I left. They said I was always bi-----g about Fiserv before I left. Good riddens.
I’m still here and checked out mentally a while ago.
@1dsys hasn’t figured out we are posting after our hours are in. I can understand their confusion that we are still on the company time.
While they are enjoying a lengthy commute mine is just 24 feet down the hallway.
Remote beats the commute any day. I paid less than 20 in gas last month.
@1dys+1ildxQQG when you don’t need to commute or plan a move to the armpit of America you can spend time doing other things.
Interesting all 100% remote weighing in…sort of proves Frank’s point about wfh spending time looking for jobs, walking dogs, not working.
I left recently and realize now I should have done so when KKR raided FDC.
Absolute truth. Get out if you can, don’t enable this poisonous c level snake pit. Enjoy life again, don’t stay on as it will be harder to leave and get something new once they jump out in their golden parachutes.
I was a long timer that left on my own and I DONT KNOW WHY I STAYED SO LONG!!
The BS that FB brought over from FD got me moving on.
It used to be a great company to work for. Not perfect but the culture was very good.
I left last year on my own. My only regret is that I didn't leave 10 years ago. 100% remote.
My entire department stuck together on the Linkedin board, and all found new jobs on their own outside in about 2 or 3 firms. They are much happier now. I departed a few years ago for retirement. I have spoken to a few working Fiserv emps as I encounter them and all detest the place. So they are "riding the rocket" out the front door to a better life.
I departed on my own and now work in another state completely remote for a different employer.
New position is running AWS kubernetes clouds so I can work from anywhere. AWS doesn’t let you “collaborate” in their data centers.
As to remote work backfiring I don’t see it. My bosses are thrilled and I’m very happy.
Bye bye Fiserv it was fun when it lasted. When the leadership changed it was time to go.
