h1b are defly making more than 100k . you just need to jump ships regularly.

Guys do not forget about L1 visas. O can transfer anyone to US from IDC instantly as your replacement as these are unlimited visas that are available and do not get noticed.
H-1B is what becomes the norm when certain folks get into the management position to make it happen. That becomes their only method for hiring, as they'll claim they can't find the skills in the US even though it's definitely here.
Most of the companies depends heavily on h1b technical/professional expertise. Don't just say they are cheap, there are many high paying ones as well. Go figure the details, wage levels and purpose etc !!!
LOL. Why blame Bill Gates alone? I came to USA to do "Drive Testing" for T-Mobile. I know any Uber driver can do that job, but only engineers can get an H1b.
