Dr-g test for corporate positions?

Any dr-g screening for ma------a before getting an offer? I’m in a state where it’s legal if it matters

Dr-g testing is not done for hiring at WF.

Employment law is different than dr-g law. even if you are in a legal weed state, employers can legally screen for usage.

California just passed a law though, that makes the usual kind of testing for weed illegal - because it tests for metabolites showing past usage. Employers can still test for weed use, but must test only for chemicals that would indicate current intoxication, not metabolites of past usage.

It’s is irrelevant if you are in a state where it’s legal if the firm prohibits it. That said I’ve never seen a person get a dr-g test unless there is a very specific reason. Just remember if you smoke in the car before coming in & reek of weed everyone can smell it. Dead giveaway

Last thing we need is a new employee that can't stop smoking weed

Over 20 years, not tested once. Only fingerprints when I was hired for the first WF job.

I never have been and I’ve been here years. Not sure I’ve ever heard of anyone ever having been either.
