11/22 is the group of people let go last week. They get 60 day WARN notice, then they are officially laid off.
Correct - the Oct/Nov notices are the only people who WILL get them match. Everyone else laid off in 2022 lost the match if they were contributing.
The 401K match is on Dec 15 is it not? Anyways, you can bet they won't change the rule and give you squat for your match. Its in the plan... just like quotas on poor performance reviews.

Unless they change the rule - people laid off 10/25 will miss 401k match as has everyone laid off in 2022 to date. Only the 11/22 date has the 60 day notice period inclusive of 12/31.

Which States for 10/25 and 11/22? I haven’t seen NYC in the database for the last 3 years.
A lot of states post the layoff notices for all companies. You can see the date in the WARN Act databases for those states. The numbers for Wells Fargo layoffs on 9/28 aren’t that bad. Watch out for 10/25 and 11/22 because those numbers unfortunately are BIG!
