Does anyone know who the T uses for hiring contractors?

Business Billing Analyst contractor through St. Louis staffing company (kellymitchell.com) pays $30 to $35 per hour in Bay Area.
Some company in India, Philippines or elsewhere overseas.
Not prem tech. Some type of analyst work. Business or finance.
It appears that they use a company named Ringling Bros.
For construction contractors, at least in SF Bay Area and Silicon Valley/San Jose, as a transfer from AT&T OPT, you'll make $35 per hour if you have class A/cdl. If you become a foreman, you'll make up to $40 per hour plus unlimited overtime, especially if you are on call for emergency repair. Not as much as the top AT&T union rate of $45 per hour, but you should make similar money with the overtime, if not more since AT&T hardly had any OT in Bay Area/Silicon Valley. A few coax splicers and fiber splicers were making closer to the $45 per hour mark. Supervisors make similar to what AT&T paid their construction and splicing crew managers, but contractor supervisors have to work a lot more than AT&T construction or splicing managers who sit on their a-s all day (or half day then go home after lunch).
You’re not going to get rich quick working for one the contractors that does construction, splicing, etc. They get paid less than prem techs and you’ll be working with a bunch of guys with neck tats and face piercings.
