As a premier banker I would be absolutely fascinated to know what goes on behind the scenes here to determine some of these policies you’re speaking of
Ohhh you must be referring to ALL the “managers” in mortgage credit risk group. The ones that focus 99% of their time desperately trying - and totally failing - to understand rule defects that really are just needing minor corrections because the policy wasn’t clear enough or the business didn’t explain their needs well.

I’ve known a handful of super productive people over the years.
The problem I’ve noticed is lethargic leadership. For example, new leadership comes in and deems specific projects unimportant. Complete fools in my opinion. Then again, it’s politics. New leadership brings new ideas. Though, not necessarily good ideas. Just different ideas.

Yes some of them run off after 6 months, but many of them do not.
