Thread regarding Wells Fargo & Co. layoffs

FOMC meeting - 75 BP increase or 100?

No matter, mortgage people, layoffs are imminent. Thursdays seem to be the theme here. This week? I have no intel just an education and experience. Gena Raining, any thoughts? What will Wayne's world look like in a month?

It's a correction, possibly a recession. Stop freaking out and whining and get defensive. In 2008 I managed to keep it to a 10% loss. It'll be a bit bigger here, but that's because I'm buying every time I see a bit of blood in the streets.

Play your cards right through the recession you can come out smelling like Benjamins.

The printing presses have been running non-stop since 2009, really. There's always an excuse / alleged emergency to keep the gravy train rolling, never mind that it is itself a slow moving crisis. Well, now it's not so slow moving and we're all going to be taking a giant bite of the S sandwich.

Most people won't learn from that experience though, and will continue to vote to keep the presses rolling. Some people read about the Weimar Republic and it's hyperinflation and ask why the people then didn't do what was necessary to resolve the issue. We're on our way to becoming a similar case study.
