When did you get the impression they cared about employees? Silly thought to have. They wouldn't even spend a dime to put in air filters in our meeting rooms because "they have windows". They only care about controlling the number of hours they have you under their thumb and anything less than full RTO is insulting to them as they won't be able to control your life.

How about employees with compromised immune systems when a sick person comes into the office? This is not a good situation.

People, when are you going to get that this company does not give one iota about you? Not in terms of health or anything else. When they RIF you and give you one day until your health care is gone you'll get it. Get out and go somewhere where you are valued and appreciated. Fiserv sucks!

To the person who said the pandemic Is over because the President said so please do additional research. There are still on average 500 people dying from COVID daily in the US not to mention all of the effects that come with long covid. It's honestly disturbing to think that someone with the flu or covid would be careless enough to come into a shared work environment and expose others. People do not know if their coworkers children or family have compromised immune systems. Disgusting

Managers are supposed to fill out an official incident report when someone gets sick. That report is supposed to explain why one employee is on the list of employees who didn't badge in enough.

The fact that the managers in Texas do not know this shows how incompetent senior management is. How difficult can it be to explain an absence policy.

What other company has badge reports scrutinized in the c-suite? Hence this fear based and absolute approach to RTO and presenteeism.... Individual managers can't manage teams for illness or even scheduled PTO...if the metric is bad, you have to explain it to Fearless Leader on Broadway....

The current president said the Covid pandemic is over and it is time to move on. I suggest you do the same. If someone is sick, they are sick. Doesn't matter if it is the flu, common cold, or Covid. If Fiserv management wants arses in the seats, they will get it, nasty virus bugs and all.

These RTO policies are not fairly applied across the org. It does seem like they are squeezing associates by demanding RTO. I feel as if this will continue until the desired attrition is achieved.
