Last week we were told in a meeting that we must be in office 60% of the time. I said at that time we were going to have employees start coming in sick or with covid to avoid getting fired.
As of this morning I WAS RIGHT. A employee came in after testing positive because they were told that they must be in office the rest of the month.
How is this caring for your employee or their families health for that matter?
What if someone has children and they have to be out due to them being sick and then if you got Covid the following week?
If this is there way of swindling down higher paid employees who already are stretch thin and overworked. What are they doing?
