Wells Fargo Beats Wealth Advisers' OT Suit

A Missouri federal judge decertified a nationwide collective of wealth advisers who said Wells Fargo Clearing Services LLC required them to perform off-clock work without adequate pay, dismissing the suit.

Wealth Advisors make 500k-1m on average. They can afford this minor setback.

And, yes, a good law firm would have easily gotten them an extra $1500 a piece.

Apparently they didn’t have good lawyers. You need to have ample evidence and document everything.
