CPSS (Consumer & Provider Services and Solutions) has four main areas. We just had a town hall meeting on 8/16, and now we have another impromptu meeting scheduled toward late-September, in just a few weeks. (Not a good sign)
CPSS Business Areas include:
Membership & Plan Services (MPS)
Provider Process & Services (PPS)
Enterprise Shared Services (ESS) — However, they are changing their name to Enterprise Operations Enablement (EOE)
Resolution Team (RT)
Retail Contact Center (RCC)
Does anyone know if we should be receiving the news that we’ve been laid off during the impromptu meeting in September? For those in CPSS, has your group been impacting at all? I feel so overwhelmed and anxious.
