I got laid off today with two months notice. Company was doing good and I was always the top performer in the team, it's so unfortunate with these greed companies.

Which area of IT? Clinical technology? Pharmacy? Care Hub?
During the growth years many companies staffed up in these areas of technology.
They are very quick to eliminate these jobs at the slightest downturn.
Even if your a key player it still won’t prevent a layoff.
I naively that Business Intelligence Engineers and Implementation Technology/Analytic roles would be the last group that Humana would consider laying off. Sadly, I was mistaken.
So sorry…sounds like these are going to be across the board layoffs, every department impacted, not just those with the restructuring

I am so sorry to hear this! Maybe it’s a blessing in disguise. That’s what I keep telling myself, if and when it happens to me. Which I’m pretty sure it will. Maybe it’s the push I need. You are correct, the greed is unbelievable. Hopefully karma comes around. Again, I’m sorry and hang in there.
