Seems like the company is discriminating against its own remote workers. Imagine how much more effective we'd be if we felt valued.
Advancement isn't in the cards for me, under my current manager. So I don't even try.
@hys+1i9eqjXO All of this.
Got an exceeds for midyear so am sufficiently kissing a-s.
I love how everyone here is a top performer.
There is no one on my team at my hub location. I come in and its still teams meetings. So why is my advancement dependant on RTO? Also a top performer on our team.
The best way to advance your career:
- Brush up your CV
- Get a headshot
- Update LinkedIn
- Ask quality colleagues who respect your work for a LinkedIn Reference
- Repay the favor by giving your respected colleagues a LinkedIn Reference
- Look for jobs like it's your f-ing job.
- When you get a better offer than WF, make your manager work to try to keep you - then leave.
- Celebrate at a Happy Hour with friends.

@dsc+1i9eqjXO <- This is the way
To really advance your career get a remote job with another company.
Different LOBs have different hubs.
lolz, get back to me when you've forced the customers into hubs and this will impact my group.
Where are the primary hubs?
Jokes on them, I don't give an S about advancement so that dog won't hunt.
