As long as work is getting done, who gives a rip, where it's getting done? In the job requires ones physical presence then give them a travel allowance/etc. Fine. But for others jobs, heck no. work from home.

No, remote work did NOT create all the banks problems. There were all sorts of problems well before COVID and WFH. A whole new crop of leadership only exacerbated the problems that were already there.
