A one time payment of $1,500? What exactly would that do? Make you happy for about a week until you spend it on a big TV or credit card payments.
Charlie doesn’t want anything that cuts in to his own pay.

I doubt it. The article says lower paid employees. WFC has upped their lower paid employees to $18/hour.
