Thread regarding Wells Fargo & Co. layoffs

FYI - parking meters are $3/2 hours. Download the ParkMobile app and you can re-up every 2 hours (make sure you set an alarm/timer so you don’t forget). Last 4 times i found a meter no more then 2 blocks away from 3WF.

It's 2022, there's literally no reason why we should have any pay to park facilities for any role that doesn't NEED to be in close proximity to some kind of customers that you have to 'sell' to in-person. Making regular admin workers, who really should be working remote 100% anyway, pay to park in a building they don't even need to go to for their job is insulting and ridiculous.

Yep, I’ve had to pay $15 to work per day in office with parking. It’s a sham.

Guess lazy OP might just have to walk a couple of blocks but GOOD NEWS! Your sense of entitlement and laziness puts you on the management track.

Why would anyone want to work for a company telling people to show up in the office when there’s no where to park? How stupid. Why not just let employees stay home and work?! Also, what’s the cost for a parking spot IF you find one????

I started 6/28/22 in Three Wells Fargo in uptown Charlotte and got on the waiting list that day. Got an email last week that a spot is now available so the wait was only about 5 weeks.

i park in duke energy, been paying since the beginning of the pandemic, refuse to stop bc the waitlist has always been years!!! not sure why you want us to give up our spot bc you didn’t pre plan better???

Wow I remember pre-pandemic, there was 5 yr waiting list for parking connected to the uptown buildings, 3 months into pandemic WFH, they called me and said they had room...LOL
