Information Security Manager - Roughly $177K, $60k bonus last year. 25 years experience, 15 with WF.
I don't think that poster has a warped sense of anything. It's a bit of an entitled attitude to whine and moan when you are compensated well enough to not struggle financially. Of course, most people think they are underpaid but if you had to go from making 100k plus a bonus to making $15 an hour you would then understand struggle.
So, if you don't like Wells why sit around complaining? Do something about it. Clearly, if you are making a high income then surely you have or should have enough going for yourself to make some sort of change to improve your work situation.
And for those who don't think 100k is a high income consider the following.
"According to the May 2020 National Occupational Employment and Wages Estimates by the BLS, the average salary in the United States is $56,310, with a median wage of $20.17 an hour."

@1rci it's 2022. $100k/yr might have been good 20 years ago, but it doesn't go all that far these days. Unless you live in the middle of nowhere with a CoL as low as the population.

Lead Business Execution Consultant - $106k/ $15k bonus
Mid-Atlantic state, Escalations Assoc Mgr, 10 years w the company, base $74,500, bonus usually funded around 8-12% so maybe $7500 average.

Principal Engineer 180,000 base area , 25% bonus , 25 years exp in Tech, 5 in Wells
Area 1 for salary - lead business execution consultant - 15 years with bank (no external experience) - with a related grad degree - currently in CSBB - $128k/yr salary with possible 25% annual bonus.
@1njm exactly my experience as well and one of the reasons I left. found out I was making significantly less than my peers on the same team (literally same manager) even though I was the "go to" for my boss and their backup for everything. My coworkers were good too, but I was the more valuable employee for any work projects and leader questions. I didn't find this out until right before I was leaving and really helped solidify rationale for leaving. The d-mb boss then took another position and couldn't get any of us to go with them, they didn't last long in their new role since they were more talk than results..

I have a six figure salary and 7 layers of management on top of me. I have a useless AVP title, but zero authority.
I help make things work. I help fix things thar are broken. That is it.
Commercial Banking- Global Treasury. Lead BEC, area 002 (Minneapolis), $140,000 and $20,000 bonus. Been with Wells 18 years.
Branch banker. 9 years with company. Base salary a little over 90k, will be about 20k in bonus this year. Level 3 differential, rural area.

Need another 0 or two on those salaries to have any influence.

You have a warped sense of how things work. 6 figures doesn't get you any more influence at all.. Remember, Charlie and Co, are the team, we are all just "equipment".

Not sure how that is a better measure.

- 1 year with WF, 6 years at a different bank

Commercial banking emerging (stupid name) middle market business relationship manager, level 3, over 30 yrs, CA, $165k base, $50k usual bonus.
Agile PO in Charlotte- 155k with bonus of 45k. 10 years at WF but many, many more at other financial institutions.

actually grade and area within workday is more accurate than level as different lobs have different hierarchies. I'm grade 110 in area 000 and am at 190k + 70k was my last bonus

L5, Phoenix, $125K salary and about $15K bonus, 10 YOE, 3 yoe w/the bank
