Like what’s their salary, for real? I’m a Lead Officer making right around $150K… are these fools pulling in north of $200? I wanna know. Is it hard to score one of these positions? I’m borderline returded so help? God bless Charlie and the holy Stagecoach of money.

@3kqm Lead Compliance Officer also making same and suspect I’m getting hosed as well. Where are the places where getting $160k is easy?

Am a senior lead officer at 173k. Was promoted from an officer. What is the bonus target for this job? What are recent senior lead officers making (those in the job a year or less)?
So I've been at Wells for about 3 years - have had 3 job titles while in the same role - am now a senior lead [was as officer before] the issue is I'm now at the top for this role so I can't get promoted and get a pay bump. There were senior officers making ~20% - 25% -more than me that got moved into the same new "Senior Lead" title - so I'm basically stuck and will need to move groups to get a bump - having said that I think the Wells strategy was to sc--w people - so I'll potentially hear the old "this would be a latteral move" since the title for the role is the same. Bunch of bullzSchlitt! I've taken matters in to my own hands by working 10% less - which is like getting a 10% pay increase!!!!
I don’t know any that we’re making 225; that’s very high even for the “rock star” ones. Most were closer to 175. Not easy to get in my experience. Officer roles were very easy to get at 160.
Most senior officer level I knew were 175-205k; most officer level were 150-165k

Quit bashing the OP about senior being more junior than OP. Yes, a straight-up senior is more junior than a lead. However, there is also a SENIOR LEAD OFFICER, which is more senior than a lead officer. Beyond that, there is a Principal (next level after Senior Lead) and then a Senior Principal. OP - if you’re speaking about risk and compliance titles, the “Officer” is the equivalent of an old Compliance or Risk Consultant 5. A Senior Lead Officer is the equivalent of an old Compliance or Risk Consultant 6.. Now, of course there aren’t midpoints anymore, but ranges. For area 2, I was making $165k base as a Lead officer, but when they promoted me to a Senior Lead Officer, I received $183 as my initial base salary (which was the $6k under the old Compliance or Risk Consultant 6 midpoint).

Would be helpful if you posted the actual title. Loan officer or compliance officer or risk officer or Control officer or testing officer or…….
And don't forget the bonuses! In MMB at the right level, can be equal to base salary. In my opinion, overpaid as not much talent or experience.

Yes Senior is around 225k
If you actually worked at Wells Fargo you would know that Senior is below Lead
