I thought the range was quite large for my title (111k - 197k), but this is insane

The comment was less about the salary, more about the incredible range of salary. Around 370k range is quite enormous. One would think it would be a bit more specific.
And they have around a couple thousand people reporting to them. How many do you have?
Or come work for FAANG and make that as a first line manager with much less stress :)
