I’m not. I did for two months three days a week. After not interacting with anyone worthy I stopped. My manager doesn’t ask, and I don’t tell.
Scharf and everyone else pushing / enforcing one size fits none RTO can # right off. It's a ridiculously bad policy and they will NEVER admit it. The entire NYC crew needs to go, and this place won't get better until they do.

I am a manager and think this whole RTO stuff is a big time sink. I have told my team to do whatever the he-l they want as long as sh-t gets done. Don't ask, Don't tell. I will let them know when our management chain starts doing something about badge reports. I personally have been in office for 3 times since RTO began and have saved approximately $675.00 in commuting costs since this clown show began.

I haven't been back to the office, but I was full-time remote before covid.
My take on this is that they'll start using RTO as punishment. Manager mad at you, or doesn't like you? Back to the office you go.
My management chain is all over it - courtesy of the all wise, all knowing Nate H. On the plus side, I will not log on when I leave the office and will not work late if in the office. I was remote before the pandemic so they changed all the rules and I adapted by changing what I am willing to give this company. They preach work/life balance (I know, it is lip service) so I just like doing what they mandated for RTO, I am doing what they asked for having a life.
I'm also not going in and haven't heard anything. I went in a couple times earlier on and it was a complete waste so I gave up. My management structure seems to operate on a don't ask don't tell policy when it comes to RTO, which is good with me. I can get more done wfh without participating in the commutes and have a good work life balance...everyone wins.

I’m not coming into the office at WF ever again because I quit that bi--h and got a better job with better 401K match, paired with better salary and a fair performance review process where Charlie Shitbag isn’t dictating that half of the employees get fu---d in the a$$ at review time just to avoid paying bonus’.
