So much unnecessary bureaucracy and separation of duties that it takes forever to get things done. Don't get me wrong: some is good, but Wells has taken it to the extreme.
Teams in India who know Zilch about the banking domain, are only interested in "team building" activities totally irrelevant in the Indian context
Weird reverse racism in Charlotte and womanizing managers suck.
Charlie Scharf is tied with the pointless RTO for my #1 spot.

Gossip and backstabbing.
Miserable culture
Agile waste of time when you have only 1 or 2 ppl on team.
Teams and teams of tech who are no help when there are issues. Offshore more and waste more time and energy.

Too many deadweight employees

Everything
The endless chain of “checkers” emailing, Skyping, Teams messaging, scrumming, calling and following up on a task that is not critical, doesn’t need 100 babysitters and, somehow, earns the shoulder tapping checkers kudos for getting completed when it’s the dev teams that actually do the work.
The racism and discrimination.
No other company is a close 2nd to WF on the layoff in terms of postings. As this is a layoff board, kinda scary, ya know?

Digital Transformation
Spineless management from the 3 down from Charlie ( his one and two downs are complete yes men) to the front line working managers where things get one. Too many Sr. Managers, directors. Sr. Directors etc. know that the decisions from high are impractical but go with the flow instead of pointing out the futility of the direction provided.
Tone deaf, buzzword dropping, so called "digital transformation" driving, technology leadership
Town halls....
the exec teams take their turn with their accomplishments OR where they plan to vacation this summer..... its totally nauseating
Busywork and pointless meetings. Two things, but with the same outcome. Wasted time. I once kept track and figured out I spend 30% of my time doing things other than my actual job.
Water cooler collaboration.
Home Lending mortgage credit policy "managers" that report to inept, number cruncher "executive vp" in Des Moines. Bunch of self-righteous, bonus stealing, clueless id--ts.
The constant barrage of DE&I crammed down our throats.
