I learned about this site back when they allowed comments on Teamworks. But they don't allow that anymore.
Tell people that you work with about this site. Write the website down on a note and tape it to the breakroom refrigerators. Write it on bathroom walls. Anything to get the word out.

I emailed my concerns as a shareholder and employee. I got a response and I do think they want REAL and TRUE feedback from unhappy team members. (Notice I didn’t say employees.). Email them! We have a voice.

look at that cesspool called facebook, people use their real names it's still junk.
here you have anon posts on 100s of companies and it's still relatively clean.
case in point the abortion debate that was raging yesterday. we had two posts on the WF board, one was right leaning the other one was left leaning. and a fight broke out in the reply section, both threads had 1000s of views.
now, this makes money for anyone who is running the post as more ads are shown. this is why facebook likes when things get heated and extreeme, it attracts more views.
but what layoffs.com did is opposite to what facebook or twitter does - instead of promoting that junk, they nuked both posts as it got filthy in the comments section.
anywho, i see a ton of issues here, some posts are low quality but given that it's anon, free, big and compared to other options this is pretty decent here

why, so they can come post something here and the admin can take it down to create their chosen narrative. This site just spreads false and misleading info. And most the posters are losers who just need to find another job.

Honestly, I wouldn't tell anyone about this site. Because, inevitably someone is going to recognize someone by what is posted here. It will get back to management and they will do something to scare people away from coming here and posting. For me, the more Wells people the less anonymous this board will become.
Millions of people know about this site across all companies and organizations.

Even if you know this info, it won’t help you because WF won’t do what right for you. That’s why people want a union.
Also - find the post about sharing details about your pay: Job Family, Level, annual salary and bonus in $ and %. Sharing this is a powerful tool in collective bargaining and making sure we and our colleagues are being fairly compensated.
