Pretty mad that for ihx the orange contract keeps bargained experts on management performance discipline structure with only one step of discipline and can be fired for numbers. Terrible contract!

5% this year (retroactive to 2/12/22)
3% + COLA (not to exceed a total of 5%) in 2023, 2024, and 2025

  • 2 weeks of paid parental leave (less than the 12 management gets but better than before!)
  • No caregiver leave (disappointing since management gets 3 weeks!)
  • Mandatory overtime no more than 8 hours per week
  • AT&T must keep at least 20% of its current stores ATTR
  • Employment guarantees for all titles. If position lost due to surplus employee can get alternative job offer.

If this is in-fact actually true, then that is really good these days! Very nice several bumps in pay!

Such a colossal waste of time, this nonsense.

Was more than that but we had to give up more generous paid caregiver leave to get it

4% annual raise this year and next, 3.5% in 2024, 3% in 2023. $1000 one time bonus.
