Coming in who are useless non value adding employees. They just play the part and play the role of Chief of Staff. They look like Indians running around trying to hunt by chasing deer with a bow trying to hit them over the head. AKA they don't know how to use their arrows.

Highly educated??, more like hid in college from real life as long as they could.....
Many of the 20 - 30 year olds have never really grown up, so, many are not ready to actually begin life. They want to just stay in school for as long as they can, they take many many courses to extend their school-daze as long as the loans are available.
Taking a lot of college courses is not, and should not be the definition of highly educated.
Bright and successful future? At T? Keep on dreaming, who are you kidding? There is no future with T. You know it and I know it.
OP stop judging young people that are full of life and ambition. You might enjoy your life more if you focus on your well-being more. Our chance has come and gone let them have a chance at possibly a bright and successful future. We were young once like them.
Had the same bu-----t in my family. Niece graduated college, general studies. She was constantly telling anyone and everyone how smart she was. No one could stand to be around her and avoided her at all cost. She still has the same attitude ten years later, and no, she's not smarter than anyone else.
This is how you speak about (and think about) your family, @hfy+1hn3lQkw? A lot of 20-somethings are guilty of this, but you take such offense, that you carry it with you for years, likely telling your uninteresting story to anyone forced to listen (or read in a forum like this). Years of hate and disrespect for someone with a college degree that you apparently don't have -- and family no less. Where has your jealousy and disrespect for family gotten you after so many years? Maybe seek help. There are counselors for things like this.

Nobody has time to train preselected fast-track management rookies that are only in the position for 6 months before being schlepped off to another org on their way up the chain. Roll up your sleeves, jump in the pit, and take a bite of the cr-p sandwich like everyone else had to do. Or make a full time position whose only job is to train fast-track hires.
They want to "wet their beaks", they don't realize it takes years to learn and understand the network, software, and associated hardware.
You can blame the college kids, but this company does a pi-s poor job at managing people, specially new hires. I worked with a number of college hires on their first 3 year rotation, they are smart, wants to work and pull their own weight. Managers have not clue how to integrate them into the team. They are treated as tempoarary interns and doing less than meaningful tasks. Most left for better opportunites before too long.
