No Mergers or major buys for a long time, especially since money costs more now.
At $5.69 per gallon of regular grade gas and $6.25 for diesel along with food and other energy prices way up, I'd say we're already in a recession. I don't care about the negative performance of back to back quarters. We're already experiencing the economic pain!
