Is there a way to find out which banks have said they would allow permanent remote work? From what I can see, most are currently implementing a hybrid model, which will most likely lead to full RTO down the line. It would be nice to find places to apply within our industry that will not expect me to come to the office within a month or a year.

US Bank has tons of 100% remote jobs as does Bank of Montreal/Harris Bank
@1ftm+1hiuosJy, US bank is suffering with layoffs. I Don't think op wants to go there.
us bank
None have that policy across the board. But I have friends at WF and ad BOFA who are fully remote, always have been full remote, and likely always will be full remote.
Haven't seen it with classic banks. Have talked with FIs--investment, insurance, fintech--that do. Pay is less than WF, at least so far.
Was laid by wells in November started at credit union pay is equal benefits are way better and remote work options are there. Eff big banks
Some very small and regional banks have select fully remote positions.
This is good as it gets. Buds at BofA are in the office 5 days a week.
Zions Bank. A former direct starts there next week, full-time remote.
None have said ft remote officially. Usaa has historically had a lot of wfh but they pay less and the exec level roles are still in campus; Citi does hybrid and remote for some roles which is dependent on manager; Silicon Valley bank does some remote..
