After all these (we can now safely call them) failed acquisitions, how long will it take us to get back on the right track? Because it certainly doesn't seem like we're getting there fast enough. The strategy still seems to be all over the place despite the desperate need to refocus on what we do best. How this leadership continues to fail will never cease to amaze me.

There is a lot of focus in upper mgmt to find new revenue streams within the products we offer. If we cannot figure out how to monetize the network we won’t be successful.
Last 2 years involved changes in the office from Covid, outsourcing and sales of parts of the business. It's no wonder people can't focus when we have no leadership at the top to outline our strategy. Best for each person to lay out there priorities and do what is in their personal interest as the company doesn't care about us.
When the BOD is removed by stockholders
“The reason leadership is allowed to continue to fail is that the Board is weak and the shareholders are disorganized”

And the reason the BoD is weak is that are two largest institutional investors, Black Rock and Vangard are WOKE and leave the Toxic-T BoD uncheck Ratty and Stink. And Ratty is the largest individual shareholder too.

T is a worse company than it was 7 years ago. Saddled with debt and nothing to show for it. Wasted an economic bo-m. Wonder how they will fare with a recession.
If we "regain focus", how much money will that put in your pocket exactly?
T is done. The market is much too competitive to raise prices, too much debt, too many outstanding shares and poor mgmt. Remember RS said without video offerings we would be managing decline. We no longer have a video offering.

When the BOD replaces the c-suite.
Why do you care?
The downfall will continue until T lowers its price points on consumer products/services. The market is too competitive for T's inflated rates.
Focus pocus?
