Got a call from a co-worker from my team on an incoming call on the Fios cust svc line. Just wanted to go non-pub on the voice. Did it. All set.
Mgr ob’s the call & goes on abt not making an offer……he acknowledged the cust was a fellow emp & was on our team. Still went on abt not making an offer & fails the ob.

This we know to be true reps make what about 80,000 a year? No college required 30 plus days of sick time fake sick time what else you going to do making this kind of money work at home Depot for a third of the pay

As an employee, when I have to call, I always tell them not to bridge. That said, thank goodness last day is next Friday
Customer sales and service is THE WORST job in the company. You're always being observed and NOTHING will ever be good enough for them. Now they're requesting that you call back a customer, after their services have been restored from a non-payment snip, and try to sell them everything we offer. I'm trying to retire before the end of this month, the job is bad enough now they're going to strip our pensions as of July 1. Union is way too quiet, watch what Verizon does to us next year. WORST company in history...facts.
