With all of the scandals Wells Fargo has seen, it’s frustrating that no one has taken a deeper dive into how this company handles se-ual misconduct. From taking over a year to conduct an HR investigation or them not taking any action, enough is enough. I’ve seen it so many times or have had it happen to myself, and Wells Fargo has not implemented any change.

I know it happens, just never seen or heard it in front of me. Are we talking inappropriate comments? Groping? Blackmailing? Is it mostly happening in a subset of workers/team or is it everywhere? And yes, not looking forward to more fu----g training because of some a--hats. When I started there were TWELVE required courses and now, as of 2021, I took 36 required courses.
This will only add more mandatory classes for us to take.
It will take going to the news like the lady did at Fidelity Investments about 5 years ago. Fidelity kept hiding all of the seual harassment cases from the public until one person got it into the right hands. Once that story broke it setoff a large amount of others who came forward with stories of seual harassment and bullying. The company had to hire attorneys to come and conduct company wide harassment training while also paying a hefty amount in lawsuits to the victims. Google Fidelity Investments se*ual harassment.

Why ask the question here? Find one on your own it can’t be that hard if you are serious. Empty ranting is getting old and useless
