Thread regarding Fiserv Inc. layoffs

Let’s be honest…

Fiserv is a great company for those who are ok with a Hybrid work arrangement. If you are one of the few remaining work from home holdouts it’s may not be so great. Everything else is noise. After this quarters results there is only evidence of a company doing very well financially. Be honest, of the 44,000, a few of you who wfh don’t like it which is ok, just stop the “company isn’t doing well bs”.

Laying off disabled employees who wfh because they can't get into an office is sketchy and unethical at the very best. First indicator of a failing company is when they stop living their values and start regressing. Eliminating their best talent because someone has a bone to pick with remote work is the d-mbest decision to date.

Astronauts aren't successful without ground control support...or oxygen.

Sounds like the astronauts who already left made the correct decision.

600 astronauts working from home at Fiserv this year. 100 astronauts slated to work from home next year. Going to be some tough decisions

You do realize that increased revenue reportings come from decreased cost that occurs when you slash your workforce... think beyond what is being said.

Just like all of those “positive” reviews on indeed and Glassdoor. Nice try…

We are viewing the company from the inside. We see what is wrong with the company. We see how bad things are going to be in the future.

You are looking at trailing returns.

Ridiculous. Forcing people to return to the office just to go on Teams meetings is as redundant as Frank telling his HR people to post positive things on here.
