Thread regarding Humana Inc. layoffs

I really loved working here

For many years I loved working here. Do you remember the time when it was actually very nice to work here? I just can't figure out at what point this place became so toxic? Somehow, it gradually got worse so that Humana is now almost unrecognizable.

Agree, Frank was the catalyst! His selfishness epitomizes the leadership culture at Humana!

I'm sad to hear that, I'm sad that I never got to see it. My only experience has been this, I'm glad to know it once was what people told it was even if I missed the boat.

I hope it gets back to a better place.

I remember him. Lol.I do think it changed when the family that started Humana left and BB took over. The first year he made 8 million Then the second year he made 18 million . The focus changed. Health care has changed also :(

It all started with Mr. Frank and those who supported him. He was a terrible “leader”. Gaslighter extraordinaire.
