Thread regarding Verizon Wireless layoffs

Hey Lowell; Thanks for Hans; And Ruining VZ!

Lowell McAdam needs to be tarred and feathered for naming Hans CEO 5 or so years ago. Denny handed him a Ferrari of a company and Hans has turned us into a Pinto. By replacing all Americans in the C level, keeping the worst marketing executive around in Scotti, These “leaders” do not understand American consumers nor American culture. The stock price has been a joke his whole tenure also. We have no swagger; nobody truly cares anymore; stagnant wages; poor commissions. When will the VZ Board wake up? “Run with Hans” right the he-l out of here!

I don't know what's worse about Hans, trying to understand him speaking English or where he wants Verizon to be.

All I can tell you is, NOTHING will ever change for you to be better with this economy you will never see a $1500 commission check ever again!

For those 20 year old kissing A$$ to get the SM role good luck your position is next in line to be eliminated from Vteamers payroll.

Under Lowell, we over paid for VZ shares of Vodafone for 130 billion, then went out and tried to be a tech company w Yahoo, AOL, etc. Tried to be a media company w Oath. Tried to be a social media company with Go90. Neither one of them and the board acknowledged the threat of Leger and TMo when they started under cutting and the “uncarrier”. Lowell refused to do unlimited when clearly that is what the market needed again. Been at VZ for 12 years, and I have seen the VZ arrogance. At least Hans as wine as he is has tried to bring us back to the network roots. VZ clearly needs a change of course and can’t wait to react.

Been under Lowell and Hans. Prefer Hans so far. Im not blind to the things still going on but i have seen key areas improve. Covid and inflation over the last three years have been factors. Easy to hate on Hand but were also not the only telco/phone company struggling

4 pm est time Hans will be emailing the entire consumer group a copy of a SMP sales management plan to sign. If performance doesn't improves they are saying they will start cutting hours.
