Has anyone had their mid year calibration discussion and received a salary adjustment/mid year promotion? Or heard anything about that happening?

GIVE YOURSELF A MID-YEAR REVIEW. GET A NEW JOB AT A NEW COMPANY AND TELL WFC TO GO F THEMSELVES.
I'm not saying it can't/won't happen, but I've never known of anyone who's received a midyear raise/bonus/promotion in my two decades with the bank.
There is no rule or requirement to go above any threshold or minimum pay for a job level any longer...whoever was told this was given a line of bull as an excuse for why someone received a pay increase, if it even happened....off cycle increases are rare now and by exception.
Sounds like you are slotted to wrong title. Change title to match pay.
what if you are below the bottom of the range, do you have to be brought up to the bottom? no one in my group has mentioned it and my manager isn’t exactly the best
I had heard that there were no mid year promotions for anyone in the EF’s, is that true?
but there aren't mrps anymore so 80% of what, as long as you are in the range for your title you are good to go. I was able to promote a high performer on my team and get them a 11% bump.
I got a meets and no adjustment even though Im under 80% of midpoint.
I did hear of someone getting a $15k raise but (dont laugh) they are in IT to get them to 80% of mid.
I'm underpaid and received an exceeds. No calibration or salary adjustment or promotion. Just more things added to my annual goals because I completed many of the original ones or they were descoped as part of enterprise initiative descoping for this year.
