Kleber is really smart, and extremely overqualified to spend too much time in that DE&I role. Don’t judge him based on your feelings about that role. Look at his entire work history.

The irony is that racists are the reason for DEI. They refuse to hire anyone other than white men and a few white women even when minority candidates are qualified. To my knowledge white men are the reason Wells Fargo is in the poor state it's in. They ran the company into the ground but you're so racist you would rather hire unqualified white men instead of qualified non whites. Then you get upset when you have to be forced to do the right thing. I wish diversity hiring was not a thing but I wish racism wasn't a thing also.

I don't know what's more stupid - the term some or the re--rds that keep using it everywhere.....And if you can elect DJT President there ain't nothing far fetched about Whoopi as Chairman. I'd probably prefer her over the current anyhow. Maybe she wouldn't send all our jobs to India and the Phillipines....
