Covid's Back

Covid is surging again, as expected. Many people are getting really, really sick.

The push for RTO and showing up to the office and traveling needs to slow down ASAP.

Not everyone is perfectly healthy or has a perfectly healthy and non-immunocompromised family.

Covid is back! If you aren’t getting notifications report it to OSHA! People in California and LA were not getting notified and management only acted when the employees reported it to OSHA and guess what, now they are getting notification for outbreaks and some locations went to complete WFH since the situation became out of control, specially when the management can’t hide it and are being watched by OSHA now!

You hope it is back with the over reaction so you can "wfh" meaning coast with no one looking. Another log in early send some emails gone most of the day, a flurry of emails out for hoping someone does work. If 20perecnt did not show up tomorrow no on would notice and most of us who do work would appreciate fewer emails and meetings to explain things only to have to summarize in and email then have another meeting to discuss. I say just leave.

The flu will surge again too... So what. Stop being a brainwashed p--sy and get to work. Otherwise quit and good luck finding a FTE, remote, paying you what you make today. All this tough talk about 20 percent raises, hot economy is all BS. The good old days are over and you will have to compromise. I don't like RTO, don't like the state of the company, I am an exceeds performer and can barely get a sniff on my resume in an area with many companies moving to. Everyone is bracing for impact so s-ck it up.

It's great! I am going on disability because I have been sick with Covid for over a week and my management refuses to allow me to WFH because then (you will love this) people will be encouraged to get Covid!

So now I am going on disability and my work will pile up until my doctor releases me back to full duty - I am planning to need plenty of time! D-mbest thing ever especially since I was always WFH for almost 20 years before this year.

Thanks Chuck for the vacation!
