Anyone else having issues with external websites you normally use suddenly not loading and it says “Symantec this webpage could not be isolated”?

That is the web isolation proxy. On some websites you will notice a thin orange bar appear at the top of the page. When that happens the website was uncategorized and sent for isolation. What you receive in your browser is a rendered version of the web page. The actual execution happens on the isolation proxy to isolate risks from the end points.
