I went to the office exactly two times since RTO when I had to meet with my manager but that's it. I've heard they're now logging when we show up and writing people up if they don't, but nobody I know has received a warning or anything like that despite most of us ignoring RTO completely. Are write-ups/warnings really happening?

Managers get reporting where and when you log in now (weekly) and get off reminding you of the ‘company’s expectation to sit in your miserable cube for 3 days a week doing exactly what you did at home’ then they are required to ask if you have any additional questions.
Still no real answers from anyone on this.
