They are showing their plans out in the open and telling Americans to bend over and take the layoffs that are coming.
This needs to get out for public consumption.

I recently had a question for bank related to check from another financial institution that was not cashed by WF. After quite some time on the phone with the Philippines, was told they couldn't help me. Who ended up giving me an answer that was actually of some use to me? The US-based local branch employee who took the time to do some actual research and get me an answer the made sense and that could help me determine next steps. Which was more expense to WF and which gave me best customer service . . . ? Hint - not the same answer.

@gek+1hHRxqUx Well, you got your wish. I&P just raised salary bands across the board to stay competitive in the local labor market. What does that mean? Higher rates charged back to US products so more budget cuts in the US! It’s still cheaper LABOR, but getting closer to US rates all the time.
If you think there is anything other than the profits of capitalism driving the race to the bottom in salaries, I have a bridge to sell you.

It really isn't rocket science people. We've spent that last hundred years or so making our workforce economically non-competitive, and then when there's negative consequences of that we act all shocked and outraged and can't figure out why it happened. I know your loser college prof told you "capitalism baaaad", but what they didn't tell you is that we haven't had capitalism in a century and the decline we face is caused by failed socialist nonsense that is the opposite of capitalism and has done it's best to ki-l that golden goose.

WOW! 2020 I got an inconsistently meets on trumped nonsense and flat out lies. My measly bonus was cut 60% and didn't have 1 comma never mind 2. I guess that was my contribution to Unc's comp package
