Thread regarding AT&T layoffs

Cancelled my service

Switched to TMO. Service is spottier where I live but I can rest knowing I wont get surprise fees. Most importantly I no longer give ATT money. How do you expect to sell stuff to Americans when you outsource their jobs? I hope stock goes to $10 and they get a cash crunch. They mass layoff in good times and bad times so why not.

Switched my family to TMob, much better service in my ‘hood. The T service is awful and we live in the suburbs of ATL.

@2vhj+1hGoEbzo — oh ge-z - someone looking for attention or yet another employee that does not know T and Cricket are the same. Wishful thinking has me hoping it is the first but unfortunately the quality of posts on this site make me think otherwise.

I switched me and the family to Cricket Wireless. Much cheaper and far better Network where we are.

I moved to consumer cellular and added a 3rd line plus unlimited data. My bill dropped $40 a month over what I was paying T for 2 lines.

Welcome to the club. I've had t-mobile for years.

The employee discount plan does not meet my needs. And this company even more and more seems to believe "one size fits all". Well, it doesn't.

And when I retire, it will make even less sense to stay with T as numerous previous threads have pointed out given their reduced discount.

T is an employer, that’s it. If the
person wants to use a competitor that’s there prerogative.
When Ed W was the CEO, one of his top level executives was using Verizon.
So if the C-Suite can do it, so can anyone below them.
So let’s not bash people for making a decision they feel is best for them.
Also, I always find it funny that union employees shop at Walmart. There are
plenty of higher priced union options to shop at to get the same goods.

To all those that slammed OP - Ratty and Stinky steered this ship into the iceberg. No amount of hard work from the minions is going to prevent it from sinking.

Immature vindictive employees like yourself that wish the company to fail need to just leave and never look back. We don't want your kind working towards the failures of T, we only want those that do whatever they can to help T succeed. So, do us all a solid and just leave or just STFU and quit your whining!

You are trash, no only do you wish I will on the company but you basically wish it on all of those employed there. A spoiled little trashy brat who's probably in his fifties based on the vindictive garbage you spew.

There needs to be a class action to get back the money paid to the executives. Conflict of interest made them rich.
