HBO Max is not nearly as expensive as the 50% mobility service that you are responsible for. If you really want to complain about benefits, perhaps you should ask for mobility benefits to be increased like broadband benefits were recently. Frankly, $10/month for up to 5 gig broadband is great. I’d love to see similar benefit for mobility and pay for my own streaming.

Aside from the massive debt, I think the employees are more worried about the state of the company than the executives that actually run it! With that said, I would have to think they know more about the nuances of running a company than just collecting accounts receivables every month! There are many advisors in finance that have more of a say-so in the big picture than just Stankey and McFresheven, though they might have the ultimate last word! At this point, I don't think I would worry too much about the business! I've been with T for almost 4 decades and have seen A LOT of things happen, some good, some not so much! This company isn't going anywhere in terms of spin-offs! It will rebound like it has many times before, but it will require some change, some of which might be painful, but for the good of the long term! Hang in there, people! Turbulent times could be ahead, but not for long!

Offer whatever you want. Few care.
As long as customer service stinks, employee morale is in the tank and prices are so high you'll never compete.
So out of touch.
Glad I can retire when I want.

And we wonder why our plans are confusing: sounds like the writer of the article quotes it as Unlimited Premium and other times Unlimited Elite. And why wouldn't there be confusion with those names?

I thought Stinkey was going to simplify the plans? And I thought everyone got the best deal as well? Except when he doesn't, and customers don't.

maybe att should concentrate on giving service that works and give the customers what they want and not what att wants to give its customers.

but just talking to a brick wall.

Existing Unlimited Elite customers will keep HBO Max.

You can ask Stankey about if price will adjust down without including HBO Max, but we all know what the answer already, price will adjust up. Keep telling customers that should be grateful to pay more the "premium" product and service.

Can they do this and get away with it? It just doesn't seem right. How will Santone attract new employees without offering any benefits? What does she have left to cut? Vaca, other pdo/paid holidays, and 401K match. Am I missing anything?

What? Sounds underhanded, shouldn't premium wireless customers be notified in advance? Maybe they are grandfathered?

So HBO Max was free to employees and then they told us we would still have the subscription connected to our wireless service after the spin off. So much for that perk not that it was much of a perk anyway.
