That’s NH’s plan, he wants to cut all the redundant Programs staff and keep the rest under KP.
Well it would make sense since they brought everyone into one org - there has to be redundancy.
OP: I was told by a reputable source, it's happening tomorrow. And Tech is affected too.
the corporation was reflective of the us empire
Wow, imagine how much time the 700+ fake interviews would have taken if Charlie hadn't paused that little diversity farce.
Looking at workday right now (6/9). There are 370 postings with the keywords “control management”. Of those results, 83 contain “control management officer”.
Yes. Long over due. If you want to control your destiny get out now. Pray that your not one of the 'survivors '. The amount of sh!t coming to them will be unsustainable.
This bank is a dump3ter fire so expect the worst. Sad, true.

Wash, rinse, repeat
There are usually a few steps involved.
- Get rid of a few middle managers
- Hire a few Director and Executive level mgrs to replace, no direct reports
- Wait a month or so for those levels to get some knowledge of team functions
- Get rid of a few managers and move entire teams to various director+ levels, so you have these levels with 20-30 reporting to them
- Announcements come at this point (get resume updated) about upcoming reorgs
- Managers and teams are shuffled around in whole
- Layoffs hit both first level mgrs and peons.
- Reorg new structure
Bruh. It will definitely happen. Not sure when, but you don’t consolidate all those people together without hopes of slashing expenses in the form of headcount. Don’t let anyone tell you otherwise.
Is it known yet when it's supposed to happen, if it's happening?
