The Chase model where nothing gets accomplished before no one will push the offshore and they will take no responsibility.
The WF board deserves what they get for these stupid upper management hiring decisions.
As a software engineering manager I've been told mid-July is the date. I've already had to identify the mandatory 25% who will be laid off. Meanwhile, they're moving a lot of positions and responsibilities to India.

June 16th. Followed by every month after with the possible exception of December but that is still a variable as well.
I hate this.
Tanking morale and getting people to quit is the entire purpose of the policy, so it's working exactly as intended. Once we accept that, everything the executives are doing makes perfect sense.
I heard from a manager in the know is they are planning a big event in tech September.

Remember...the pattern we've seen consistently is 3rd Thursday each month...not Tuesday...very few have been reported on the other days.
Waiting for 6/14 to see if WFHM staff that was converted to WFB call center employees will be laid off or not

I don’t know why WF tried to claim they are climate conscious when at the same time forcing us to commute to work, thus burning up fossil fuels. Can someone explain this logic?
I didn't ask about RTO. I'm asking when is the next layoff date.

Also, RTO has been a massive failure. Employee morale is at an all-time low because of it.
Even if people aren't quitting, they're not trying very hard, which impacts the company's success and profits.
It's time for the leaders to admit that RTO have gone as planned, and let people work from home most/all days.
