I am in a specialty group with home lending, and we are all still 100% WFH and plan on being this way indefinitely. Are other home lending groups still 100% WFM? I seem to remember hearing that all (or most) mortgage groups are going to be WFH going forward, but with all of the management changes lately I didn’t know if this would be continuing.

WFH. Was told repeatedly that it's permanent. If that changes I'm out. A 180 mi commute 1 way ain't happening.
1 WFC in Charlotte and I've not seen the floors more than 20% full on any given day and I've been back for 2 months.
All WFH arrangements will remain the same until they change.

i an in home lending ops. yes my whole department is still 100% work from home and management always keeps saying that will not change. Not in a hub city and they got rid of our office lease least year so it seems it will stay this way.
I work at HMHQ in West Des Moines and probably 30% of the cubes are occupied on a good day.
i work in the WFHL office and hardly any of them show up
What is WFM? The Frederick Maryland office is closing in July and there is no word about a new office. Last year we were told we would be working from home Indefinitely but much higher ups want everyone going back to the office. After 8 years with WFHM I'm now a WFB banker. Many jobs are going to The Philippines and India. Good luck!
I'm in a wfhl support role and my team has gone back to the office.
There has been chatter that it would cost more to bring some groups into the office. Who knows if that pertains to your group? Good luck.
